Where design meets direction

Formâ maps are bold, minimal city guides that unite thoughtful curation with beautiful design. Each edition explores one of London’s defining architectural styles, from Brutalism to Postmodernism and beyond.

I’m Dan, the creator of Forma Maps, a series of bold, design-led architecture tour maps for London.

As a London-based architect working at an AJ100 firm, I often found myself recommending buildings to visiting friends and family. But every time, I realised the same thing: there wasn’t a good way to explore London’s modern architecture. The options were either expensive academic hardbacks or impractical, dull foldout brochures.

So I decided to create something different.
